Our Mission: To work in a legal, ethical, and civil manner to stop urban gas drilling in the highly residential areas of North Texas. We are not against all gas drilling, but rather that which will adversely affect the public safety, the enjoyment of our homes, and our overall quality of life. We support the need for better regulation and accountability of the Oil & Gas Industry in rural and urban areas of Texas.

ReplyDeleteFYI..the next public hearing for the Oil & Gas Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 6:30PM.
ReplyDeleteThe REVISED proposed gas well will be presented at the next Oil & Gas Board Meeting on 6/18. They have moved the proposed drilling site more East closer to Morriss Road. Which means closer to Timber Creek Elementary School and a children's day care center.
ReplyDeleteCan anyone tell me where I can find the last meeting minutes from the April 2008 Oil & Gas Board of Appeals Meeting? I do not see it on the Flower Mound website, the last meeting minutes posted are from March 2008.
