Just a reminder of what a good neighbor Williams is

Txsharon jogged our memory and reminds us of what a good neighbor Williams is. See how neighborly they were to some folks in Grandview when gas drilling came to town.

Remember, Williams is under investigation for a contamination of a spring in Colorado and recently there was another spill in the same area. The only gas drilling company with activity in the area is Williams.

If the investigation shows they are at fault, it will be interesting if they treat the land owner like the folks in Grandview.

  1. Williams only cares because they are going to make a lot of money on the CCF and the Disposal Well. With pipelines going everywhere, lets see what kind of response time they have when someone accidently digs and breaks one of these pipes. How long and how much of the waste will seep into the ground before it can be cleaned up?
As time goes by the ground shifts and the pipes may not be exactly where there were when first buried. Also, that disposal well is in a flood plain that runs to Lake Grapevine!!!

  2. I don't care what kind of "engineering" is behind these pipes, the water main by our house has been cut twice since we have lived here, the first time the water ran down the street for 2 hours before the Town could figure out how to shut it down, pools has to be drained and several lawns were ruined, and this is clean water, what if it had been water from this facility and how long will it take for them to figure out how to turn it off.

  3. Here's how those investigations work:

Someone always gets paid off and we never find out what really happened.

  4. This is such a disgusting rues. Mayor Smith and Levenick have stated they have a conflict of interest with Williams because they have both signed leases with Williams.

Yet they continue to sit there while Williams and their parade of employees lobby during Public Speaking. Williams takes out a full page ad concerning "their" Centralized Collection Facility. Williams hires ex council member Jeff Tasker to represent them. The only company requesting this is zoning change is WILLIAMS. This vote on Thursday is only about Williams!

These two leaders of our community may have found a questionable legal way to side step this, but what about ethics and morels???
Now there are persistent rumors about a sexual harassment suit against the them. I hear they even have a video. The town doesn't seem to be forthcoming about this either!

Ethics and Morels don't seem to be the top priority of these community leaders. Maybe that is why that ex council member Stone keeps discussing this issue during public comment. Go get them Mr. Stone!!!

  5. Speaking of Ethics and Morals, there has been a public information request submitted to the town of Flower Mound, by a lawyer, requesting information on the sexual harassment case AGAINST Mayor Smith and Council Member Levenick....stay tuned.

  6. Stone is not going after them.

  7. I heard the sexual harassment case has to do with some un-professional behavior at the Town Hall.

  8. The Mayor is unprofessional - sorry, that's not a newsflash, as evidenced by her insistence on interrupting people during public comments with whom she does not agree. When trying to quiet voices at one meeting, one of the speakers said "No, you need to hear them." I couldn't agree more.

  9. The is no charge of sexual harassment filed against any council member or the mayor. Perhaps this is why the city has not released any info. There is none to release. There supposedly was some incident with a couple of council people clowning around with a police officer friend and some jokes made. Hey, Al Filidoro tries to kiss the mayor every time he sees her. Is this sexual harassment? Probably not, but it's disgusting

  10. I heard this sexual harassment rumor too and had my attorney check it out. Unfortunately, it does seem to be true

  11. You may believe two married woman, Mayor Smith and Council woman Levenick, pinching the behind of a co-worker or employee, (yes the police do work for the town),may be just "clowning around". But it is still unprofessional and in most corporations would get you fired!

  12. Wasn't Levenick the council member who said we can't have any more lawsuits? I agree, and she shouldn't be the cause.

  13. The mayor's business claims to be "faith-based", I wonder if adultery is allowed in that "faith", if so, where do I sign-up?

  14. Hey Ajourneyer,

I guess when it is a woman who commits sexual harassment it's called clowning around and a joke. If that were a man they would have been run out of town. This is very unbecoming of people who are suppose to be the leaders of our community. These is not the kind of people I want representing me.

This is something that they will want to hide, so I am sure they will send it to the Attorney General - which takes weeks. I wonder how the other person's attorney got a response back so quickly? Maybe their attorney is Jeff Tasker too.???
