Doesn't this flipping exactly follow the timeline predicted by several noted industry experts? Is this not the first step to avoiding the high costs of leaks and eventual equipment failures, i.e. leaking pipe connections, valves, etc due to the high corrosiveness of the flowback fluid + the extreme grittiness of the type of sand used for fracking?

Gas griller dictionary:

Long Haul - a time span equating to the total amount of time to consume the natural resources of a town, leave it in shambles for the people to deal with and take the money and repeat in another town.

Amen, to Long Haul!

Gee, they had to get out of Dodge quick, didn’t they -- I wondered what they would do when they could no longer play the blame game for all their pie in the sky p.r. failed promises made to their leaseholders.

Hope they left their sites clean.
