After reading EPA's Lisa Jackson's statement in the DMN this morning, great news for Texans and bordering states who are affected by pollution, SOx and NOx (and let's not forget Hg) coming from the lignite and coal-burning power plants. With TXI in Midlothian proving that there is a significant reduction in air toxins by utilizing pollution control methods, it is long overdue for power plants, too.
