OOPS Williams Did It Again

Yep. Good neighbor Williams had another spill in Flower Mound. This is the third one this year.

The first spill occurred in March. Then there was another in July and then again today.

Hmmm. Makes you wonder how past many spills we didn't hear about. Unless, all of a sudden Williams is just having some bad luck.

It is estimated that 190 barrels (not gallons) of flowback water spilled from a faulty valve. It ran into the soil around the pad site and soil had to be removed. The Texas Railroad Commission has been notified and Williams will be fined by the town.

Thank goodness these events are so rare they only happen at the same site twice within 6 months. :-\

“This is unacceptable. We’re extremely disappointed,” said Tony Silvestri, regional vice president. “Prior to this year, we had what I felt was a respectable record with regard to our drilling. We had developed it over more than four years.”
Gee prior to this year Flower Mound had a gas friendly government. No longer the case thanks to NFL. Maybe that has something to do with Williams luck and respectable record!

Hey Ron Hilliard...look at this...if you proceed with your plan..we are going to have to close those schools down while they clean up a mess like this. And think of what all that flowback water is going to do to your donkey
