Keep Flower Mound's Oil and Gas Ordinance Strong. Sign the Petition

This petition is from late 2009. After the Red Oak vs the Town of Flower Mound case was dismissed . Members of a household over the age of 18 may sign on a separate line. Whether you have signed a lease, not signed a lease, or do not own your mineral rights, you should be very concerned about any changes to the Oil & Gas Ordinance. The ordinance stood up in the court of law.

FYI..the next public hearing for the Oil & Gas Board Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 6:30PM.
The REVISED proposed gas well will be presented at the next Oil & Gas Board Meeting on 6/18. They have moved the proposed drilling site more East closer to Morriss Road. Which means closer to Timber Creek Elementary School and a children's day care center.
Can anyone tell me where I can find the last meeting minutes from the April 2008 Oil & Gas Board of Appeals Meeting? I do not see it on the Flower Mound website, the last meeting minutes posted are from March 2008.
