- The new Advisory Board is in place and can make recommendations.
- An extensive independent study has been done on Centralized Compression and larger ...compressors.
- There are Public Hearings on any pipeline or oil & gas ordinance changes.

I'm torn. Texas OGAP is having those GASLAND Watch parties but I want to be at your town council meeting.
I'm surprised the repeal of the CCF language was not a slam dunk, after all, this was the primary goal of the FM Cares group. The only "unintended consequence" of the Mockingbird action was that the town gained a bunch of leverage. Williams, the only half decent operator in the bunch, has now raised the bar for every other operator in Flower Mound (and anywhere else for that matter). Any operator that does not retro-fit for vapor recovery is now a 3rd class operator.
Sharon, it was pretty boring, they tabled all 3 items.
