This petition is from late 2009. After the Red Oak vs the Town of Flower Mound case was dismissed . Members of a household over the age of 18 may sign on a separate line. Whether you have signed a lease, not signed a lease, or do not own your mineral rights, you should be very concerned about any changes to the Oil & Gas Ordinance. The ordinance stood up in the court of law.

You are the Mayor. We expect more.
Please refrain from touching men that aren't your husband in public. It is also inappropriate to let other men touch your breasts. If you need further clarification, just let me know.
I have to admin, I will miss the entertainment.
From someone who has worked in HR for 10+ years and has their MBA and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) this is very unbecoming of an elected official of a town of 65,000 who has several hundred town employees. If this were a leader within my organization and this picture were taken and posted this would fall under "inappropriate outside activities." While they may not be terminated, they would certainly be disciplined on this issue alone. Once you add in "hineygate" though this would certainly lead to termination.
Though no laws were violated with this picture, it gives a poor example of the city leader. (How is the town Manager and other staff to take Ms. Smith seriously) Ms. Smith should have realized when she took her oath of office that she would be called to a higher standard.
I believe the citizens of Flower Mound understand what this picture represents and will let their voices be heard this Saturday.
