Hello FM Cares Volunteers,
At this time we are in the process of securing petition signing venues and once that has been determined we will be organizing the volunteer teams and identifying team captains.
We need to determine what supplies might be available to us for the petition signing events. Please let us know if you have any of the following items which you would consider loaning, donating or selling at deep discounts to the FM Cares Petition Drive.
· Pens
· Clipboards
· Folding tables
· Folding chairs
· Cases of water
· Portable canopy tents
· Signage items – poster board , sharpies etc.
· Anything you think we might have forgotten to list
We will also need mobile Internet Web access via Blackerry, Iphone, Cell phone or laptop at each of the petition signing locations in order to look up voter registration numbers. So, if you are a volunteer that has one of the above devices with web access and can work at the signing locations please let us know. We are also in need of more Notaries for the signing events. If you are a notary, know a notary that may be willing to help out, or would like to become a notary please contact us at fmcares@verizon.net ASAP.
