"The Town can't afford another lawsuit" - oh wait, that only works as leverage when you are an oil or gas company threatening the Town, NOT when you are a constituent. Silly me.

You should ask the town for their budget projections before you dare the gas companies to file more lawsuits. I don't want my property taxes increased or cuts in services so we can pay for more lawsuits. Its not about fear of lawsuits, its about financial reality.

This country was formed by a poor group of rag-tag patriots up against the British Empire. I doubt "they have more money, we will never have our OWN country" was ever uttered. Your weakness offends me. What is Williams going to do, make a judge force FM to take police off of the streets, they can't bankrupt the Town, it isn't going to happen. The worst is they will allow them to drill, but you want to give up now, because your weak and have a short attention span. Red Oak I was even a line item on the financials, I think we can afford a few more fights. As far as taxes, better a few thousand there than 4 times that to move.
