Range Resources Operations in Dention

Click here to see a video of Range Resources Operations in Denton. This pad site is next to a park, hospital, a nursing home and a densely populated neighborhood. This is what Urban Drilling looks like!

Flower Mound, this is coming to a neighborhood near you soon.

I have a brother in law that I visit daily at the nursing home next to this "terrible" drilling site. Never has been an odor, nor noise. Please find REAL issues about the "terrors" of drilling, other than instilling non existant fear mongering. Thank you.

Some residents say the exhaust is horrible. The noise is so bad at the park that they can't take their children there.

This is a "real" issue.

When I bought my house in Flower Mound, I did not sign up for living right next door to heavy industry.

If it's no big deal, why are you on this site, you shouldn't even give this site 1 second since it's no big deal. Just bored?

Dear "nursing home", You can't often smell those cancer toxins like benzene and toluene and 26 other deadly chemicals in the air. Often a person experiences a bad taste in the mouth or like a dust and cottonmouth and at times symptoms of heart beating out of your chest and congestion in sinus and chest and hoarseness and headaches and difficulty breathing, stomachaches and insomnia. In people already sick, well they suffer first and makes getting well impossible as toxins creep into their already compromised immune systems as they struggle to throw out toxicity. It is seriously dangerous as proven in other states by competent physicians. Educate yourself, protect your loved ones. We are in a major crisis here. Don't be stupid.

The only real reason someone who says there are no "REAL" issues would even frequent this site is out of financial benefit. If all of this is no big deal, they wouldn't even be on here.

Dear sister (who visits brother) I took those pictures and have lived through every second of this assault on our neighborhood. We have reported the smell to the TCEQ, the noise to the fire dept. and multiple ordinance violations to the city.
We are not bored people with nothing to do these events happen. You probably are coming during the day and if so let me tell you Range Resources is much busier at night when they think we are in bed. Unfortunately for them I can't sleep so I will keep reporting their activities day and night.
Just be prepared this only the first of five well so we have 18 months left to look forward to this harmful activity.
I think in the summer you won't have to worry about smelling anything in the air because you will be able to see it and run. When our air study is published I will send it out and you can see the REAL issues in black and white. We took air samples before and after drilling so the air quality can't be blamed on activity that were taking place before drilling began.

Individuals residing in Nursing Homes are usually fairly dependant and to various degrees require assistance. This is perplexing, as I would think family members would appreciate a watchful eye when they are not there.
