Williams recently filed a law suit over access to Town property for a pipeline. This meeting is to set a resolution to allow the Town Attorney to represent Flower Mound in a law suit over eminent domain.

It is my understanding industry wanted the City Council to condemn the property behind the Fire Station at Shilo Road, then they would come in with "eminent domain" for the pipeline. Council voted, results - 2 to 2. Again, this is just my understanding of these complicated events.
No prizes as to which two council members will bend over.
